The cause of late delivery is most often an address query. Please ensure that your correct full address is given plus a telephone number if possible.

If your item is damaged during transit (this is rare) don't worry  If you are asked to sign for this delivery, we ask that when your parcel is delivered you check for damage and refuse the delivery if it is not in good condition. When you sign you are declaring that you have received it in good condition and we cannot make a claim against the courier.
