Deliveries and Returns
All items include free UK delivery. The vast majority of items are sent by next day, signed for courier service once items are made. The only exception to this are smaller items, generally those costing less than £10.00
Manufacturing timescales are as follows;
Unframed, mounted & canvas art prints - 1-3 days
Tourism framed prints - 1-3 days
All other framed prints & framed sporting memorabilia - 7-10 days
Unframed sporting memorabilia - 1-3 days
The price you see on the product is the price you will pay - there are no hidden extras.
International Delivery Charges are added at checkout. These are for the courier services only - they do not include any import duty or tax that may be applied on delivery.
Following Brexit, please bear in mind that import duties may be imposed, depending on which EU country the item is being delivered to. These will need to be paid for by the end customer in addition to the product cost and increased delivery charge.
I am sorry about this, but it is something that is completely outside my control.
Please ensure that when making an international purchase that you provide a correct phone number that we can pass on to the courier company. This will be used to make contact with you in the event of import duty being applied.
We provide a 30 day, no quibble return policy on all items. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order please let us know straight away.
Please note: All framed items are made to order. This means there can be a delay, depending on the time of year, of between 3 and 5 days from order to dispatch. Please bear this in mind if ordering anything for a specific event or as a present.
Overseas deliveries will of course take longer, but we use the same courier companies. All courier deliveries are fully tracked. We can provide tracking numbers if requested.
Please note the following information:
The cause of late delivery is most often an address query. Please ensure that your correct full address is given plus a telephone number if possible.
If your item is damaged during transit (this is rare) don't worry we will reprocess your order as quickly as possible. If you are asked to sign for this delivery, we ask that when your parcel is delivered you check for damage and refuse the delivery if it is not in good condition. When you sign you are declaring that you have received it in good condition and we cannot make a claim against the courier.
We will take every care in the production and dispatch of your order. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or the contact seller link. Emails are answered on a working daily basis and you will receive a reply promptly. Please note our offices are not open at weekends or bank holidays.
If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return any item ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange this. Unless the return is due to the product being damaged in transit, or being delivered after a pre-requested delivery date, then we will ask you to pay for the return delivery cost.
