All these frames are official London 2012 memorabilia. This product line was originally for sale at the Olympic venues, and there will come a point when we are no longer able to sell them - so if you do want one, don't hang around!!

Each frame comes complete with instructions for inserting your own personal accreditation into the frame.  

Finished frame sizes are approx.  22x16 in. (56x41 cm). They weigh approximately 3kg

• The glazing is perspex for safety during transit. No matter how well glass is packed it often gets smashed!

• Postage and packing within the UK is Free. large framed items are dispatched via UPS or Fed-Ex, smaller items by Royal Mail.
  

• The cause of late delivery is most often an address query. Please ensure that your correct full address is given plus a telephone number if possible.

• If your item is damaged during transit (this is rare) don't worry we will reprocess your order as quickly as possible. If you are asked to sign for this delivery, we ask that when your parcel is delivered you check for damage and refuse the delivery if it is not in good condition. When you sign you are declaring that you have received it in good condition and we cannot make a claim against the courier.

• We will take every care in the production and dispatch of your order. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or the contact seller link. Emails are answered on a working daily basis and you will receive a reply promptly. Please note our offices are not open at weekends or bank holidays.

• International shipping is expensive for many of our framed items, and can vary depending on location - please contact us for more information - we are happy to dispatch internationally.
